PJT Partners, a comprehensive range of advisory and capital raising solutions company, hired office refurbishment firm K2 Space to redesign and refurbish their office in Mayfair, London.
PJT Partners decided to refurbish their existing office in Mayfair to rejuvenate the space and transform how their people worked. The transformation from the original space has completely reinvented their environment.
The new office space is a sophisticated, modern area which promotes greater collaboration between teams. The reconfigured layout contributes to improved flow of natural light into the space. It also creates a more connection between the meeting areas and the main communal space. Relocating meeting rooms to the perimeter of the space, enabled to create a larger breakout space to improve integration across sections of the office and the team. The concept was to provide people with a more diverse, high end environment to foster a higher energy atmosphere.
The new space allows for different work types, private working or larger group meetings.
To balance the unusual architecture of the building, K2 Space team created unique solutions for open space meetings that can be used as communal spaces.
