Our most recent office case study: Link Group’s new northern hub expertly completed by the architect Hermantes Studio.

Recently we delivered a detailed office case study of the Link Group’s new northern hub in Leeds, UK. The space was designed and executed by Hermantes Studio to serve as an area for collaboration, connectivity and wellbeing. This exceptional office fit out project contains a variety of agile work settings, modern office furniture and the state-of-the-art facilities.

The team from Hermantes closely collaborated with Link Group’s long-term design partners in Australia and made sure there is consistency with the overall design vision and aesthetic. Marek Sikora Photography team was brought in at the final stage of the work. We traveled all the way from London on two separate occasions to create a detailed photographic case study for our client.

The Furniture Practice team was in charge of supplying all the loose office furniture and desks for all four floors of the project. They provided a wide range of settings, focusing around modern and design-led office design solutions.

The are 650 sit-stand desks, perfect to encourage flexible and collaborative work.

However, our main focus was to photograph the multiple breakout areas and client meeting suites. Each zone is very unique in its ambient, with well defined functionality and modern look. However, they all connect creating opportunities for networking and collaboration.

The architectural features long with vastness of the building allowed for both narrow and wide angle lenses to be used. As a result we could create a much more detailed office case study including architectural elements as well as the the fit out features and furniture. Moreover we also delivered a much better variety of choices to our client.
