Vibrant and well-connected space for LEO located in London, England successfully redesigned by Area.
LEO specialises in luxury executive serviced offices. Their commercial spaces are usually situated in the most dynamic and well connected by public transportation areas of London. The company is growing fast. It managed to secure the top two floors of Park House. The building is a modern mixed-use space. It made the perfect canvas for this most spectacular, sophisticated co-working office.
The offices had to appeal to a high-end audience, who are looking for elegant, exquisite furnishings and facilities. The space consists of executive lounge, meeting rooms, refreshment areas and serviced office suites’ all designed in a unique, aesthetically appealing way, following the most current commercial interior trends.
A ‘fantastic journey’ through the space with plenty of unique, offbeat features is a signature style of Area projects. The highest level of bespoke joinery is visible in the unusual office booths. They are in the shape of teepees along with long, arching fin wall in the lounge and the suspended ceiling frameworks.
The commercial lighting is contemporary and a feature in itself with tall stooping floor lamps and pendants that resemble glowing white globes. The building is flooded by the natural light too.
The office design combines distinctive style and elegance with a welcoming ambience provided by modern but comfortable furniture and generous use of plants.
