Supporting employees wellbeing was the ethos behind the original brief for this project. This collaborative workplace design thoughtfully considers the emotional and physical aspects of working within an office environment.

The wellbeing facilities and a state-of-the-art technology solutions support the employees and create a ‘home from home’ feeling.

The office is set across a three-storey building. The first floor is the main working space. Open plan working zones are collaborative spaces suitable for agile working. Soft furnishings, natural wooden flooring, biophilic wall create a comfortable and welcoming space.

The second floor accommodates a gym & the prayer room, with the ground floor being used for the staff and visitors facilities, an office cafe and an auditorium.

The main goal for the Area, was to create an exceptional workplace experience for visiting clients, as well as to showcase IFS’ technology and systems. The client-facing spaces have been designed using advanced technology, which has been used to tailor the experience to the person or business visiting the building.
